    These shoes are excellent for the purpose they are intended for and I like that they have 8 spikes at the toe and forefoot. My only complaint is the sizing is confusing. I wear an 8.5 and ordered that size. They were extremely small so I went up an entire size and they fit. They are also somewhat difficult to put on since there is no tongue and can only be loosened so much. I would prefer a regular lace up shoe with tongue but there isn't anything available like that in the hot pink color.

    These are very tight, Couldn't get them on. Use dragonflys of the same size with no problem. It might be the sock fit and higher arches.
