Our Renew foam is softer than previous versions, helping provide cushioning as your foot hits the ground. We added more foam for a smoother transition from heel to toe, resulting in an extra spring with every step.

Soft and Supportive

The updated midsole has taller foam for a softer feel. Underfoot coring helps give you a more consistent ride. Overlays throughout the upper add durability.

Extra Comfort

The collar and tongue are soft to the touch for added cushioning. The collar is wider to comfortably fit around the shape of your ankle.

Durability and Stability

Rubber at the heel provides durability while a moulded heel clip helps keep your foot secure and stable.

this is the best running shoes i have ever had and it's a steal to buy at discounted price! overall the comfort is a very different kind of level but keep in mind this shoes is a little bit heavier compared to my adidas duramo when i compare it left to right.. but when i wear it, it's like super good! doesn't feel the differences in weight when running and most importantly because of the comfort.. i can easily reach 10kilometer for running and 20kilometer for walking without feeling sore or having any injury at all! it's true to size so just pick the right size for your foot.. i very love nike product and will always be loyal to nike product!!
