im 175cm/5.8f and 69kg,i bought L size and that suitable with me ,my suggestion is,if you wear normal size just take one size bigger example if you wear M take L size for more comfortable,for the material that super nice not too thick but suitable to use in cool weather around 26-30c•,that super nice and suitable for daily use and give retro vibe too.
