I purchased these for a Mother’s Day gift, and this is what she said: “The slides are extremely comfortable and super cute! Being flat-footed means a lot of sandals and slides aren’t comfortable, but these slides feel like I’m walking on a cloud. These are very comfortable! I'm flat footed so love how these have a slight arch built in as well as cushioning on the bottom. Feels like I'm walking cloud 9!! Size: I'm a 9.5W and sized up. There's a little space at the toe (as expected), but don't think a smaller size would be as comfortable. My advice is to go by the chart
