We rigorously tested the Alphafly 3 in the Nike Sport Research Lab, gaining insights from the largest ever women's testing pool for a Nike racing shoe. The feedback from both elite and everyday runners ultimately improved the comfort of the Alphafly for all marathoners, from a widened footbed and fully connected outsole that enables a better fit and natural heel-to-toe transitions to softer yarns in the upper for less rigidity and rubbing.
