Nike Alphafly 3 Glam

Like many of my millennial brethren- I run a lot. We can't afford a new convertible, so our mid life rage is channeled into running to our teenage Napster download playlists, and we go through plenty of shoes. The alpha fly is the only one I've ever been a repeat buyer of. Accommodating to my silver dollar pancake feet (wide as they are long) and these have been my favorite color blend. Great for speed runs, but also my go to grab on a half marathon. They squeak at first but I find that diminishes after a couple of good uses. Close to 300 miles and the toe boxes are well worn for me, so with the cost I've found it worth investing in socks that protect that area better. If I had more money I'd have several in rotation!

This is my second pair of Alphafly’s and I can’t say enough good things. The shoe is amazing. I started off in the 4% then advanced to the Next %’s and this is by far my favorite. Looking forward to seeing what’s next. I am usually a 5 in women’s and I had to move up to a 5.5 but that’s no different than any other Nike racing shoes I’ve had.

Absolutely love them! Just a heads up — they do run small. I’m usually an 8.5, but I had to size up to a 9.5, and they fit more like an 8.5. I’d definitely recommend going up a full size.
