Excellent for hiking, when you go out for camping, it’s waterproof and sturdy. Not meant for long walks and running.

Heavy and stiff

Defiantly not for running or long walks
Hard with bad cushioning

Fortunately I went 1/2 size bigger and that allowed me to add in running insoles
