DOES MY NIKE ORDER NEED TO CLEAR CUSTOMS?
Since your Nike order is dispatched from abroad, local customs regulations require verification of your information to clear and deliver your order.
You'll need to provide your national ID (for Indonesian citizens) or passport information (for non-Indonesian citizens). You can opt to enter the information during checkout, or you can skip this step when placing your order and provide the required information separately.
If you skip the verification step during checkout, we'll send you an email with a link to provide the required information within three days. If you don't submit your information within three business days, we won't be able to dispatch the order.
After you provide the required information, we'll work with the courier and customs to process and clear your order. The estimated delivery date provided with your order confirmation accounts for any known customs processing times.
Remember to bear Indonesian import regulations in mind—orders being dispatched to Indonesia are limited to five items total, with no more than two pairs of shoes. If your order exceeds this limit, customs may require additional action from you.
