WHY ISN'T NTC OR NRC WORKING?

Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you solve an NTC or NRC issue:

  • Update your device: Make sure the operating system on your phone and watch are up to date.
  • Update your app: Make sure you're using the newest version of the NTC and/or NRC apps. Check your device's app store to see if you need to update.
  • Sign out of NTC and/or NRC.
    • Tap your profile in the upper-left corner.
    • Tap "Settings".
    • Tap "Log Out".
  • Restart your phone and watch.
  • Open NTC and/or NRC and sign in.

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the NTC and/or NRC App.

Why isn't my NTC workout syncing with Apple Activity on my Apple Watch?
Try following these steps:

  1. Start by making sure iOS, watchOS and NTC are up to date on all of your devices.
  2. In your phone's Health app, toggle all categories off for NTC.
  3. Sign out of the NTC App.
  4. Restart your phone and watch.
  5. Open the NTC App and sign in.
  6. In the Health app, toggle all categories on for NTC.
  7. Start a test workout.

Make sure your height and weight are updated in your NTC settings so calories can be tracked accurately. And please note, workouts completed via Apple Activity will not sync to NTC.
