1. Once the drawing event is live, sign in to your Nike Member profile (if you don't have a Member profile, you can register online). Have your mobile device within reach to verify your number.
2. Drawing events are open only for a fixed period. A countdown clock shows you how much time you have to submit your entry. Select the shoes you want and choose your size.
3. The drawing event closes when the countdown clock expires. Nike conducts a random selection of the entries—participants are notified via email if they are selected or not selected within 24 hours.
4. If you participate in Nike.com drawings, you'll be required to pre-authorise your payment method prior to submitting your entry. If selected in the drawing, your payment method will automatically be charged the price of the shoe and you'll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. If you're not selected, you won't be able to purchase the shoes on Nike.com.
5. Abuse and/or policy violations within the system will result in cancellation or disqualification in future events.
6. We take feedback seriously at Nike and are dedicated to improving ways that help get our products in the hands of real consumers.

Who is eligible for a Draw?
The Draw was created to ensure a level playing field for all users. The Draw makes it possible to purchase a certain Nike product, but does not create a contract of sale. Any purchases are governed by a separate agreement, subject to the Nike Terms of Purchase.

This promotion is open only to residents of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam ("Eligible Territories") who are of legal age in the respective territories at the time of entry.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor's (defined hereinafter) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Who is sponsoring the Promotion?
The promotion is sponsored by Nike Global Trading B.V. Singapore Branch (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a promotion that has already started if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned.

How do I participate?
Navigate to Nike.com/launch, sign in to your Nike Member profile and complete registration. There is a limit of one (1) registration per person, per shoe style. Subsequent registrations will be void. If you aren't a Nike Member, you can create a profile during registration. Membership is free. You will need to provide your payment details, which will be used by the Sponsor to make a reservation for the amount of your intended purchase with the Sponsor. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. See below for further information.

How will the eligibility to purchase the launch product be provided?
The Sponsor will select the entrants in a random drawing of all entries received for each available shoe size. The odds of receiving eligibility to purchase the launch product depends on the number of eligible entries received and availability of shoe sizes. Winning entrants will be notified by email with an order confirmation within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing closing. If an entrant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, then an alternative entrant may be selected, at the Sponsor's discretion.

What can I receive?
Winning entrants will be able to buy the launch product they selected. If you win, you will be charged via your pre-authorised payment method as soon as the product is dispatched from our DC and the sale will be made final. The purchase of the Nike product is governed by the Nike Terms of Sales.

How will disputes be handled?
Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the promotion or any awarded eligibility to purchase the launch product shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, in the competent courts of the entrant's country of residence. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, the entrant's rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore without regard to choice of law provisions. For the avoidance of doubt, the choice of law set forth in this article shall not set aside any statutory rights of the entrant.

How is my personal information used?
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

What other terms should I be aware of?
The Sponsor reserves the right to block and/or refuse sale to any participant in the promotion that the Sponsor deems, at its sole discretion, has attempted to cheat or abuse the process, including through use of programs or scripts that allow users to automate their entries, or engaging in behaviour that the Sponsor deems as inappropriate. In addition, the Sponsor reserves the right to block any user from following any of its Twitter accounts or websites, which would prevent the user from participating in the promotion. Factors that would cause the Sponsor to block users include, but are not limited to, threats, harassment, annoyance or any other behaviour that the Sponsor deems as inappropriate.

The promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law. In the event that the operation, security or administration of the promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, either: (a) cancel or terminate the promotion; (b) suspend the promotion to address the impairment and then resume the promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) award the eligibility to purchase the launch product at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

The launch product selected by the entrants is non-transferable and cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual or other entrants by the winning entrants.

Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event that the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labour dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of the Sponsor (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), the Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation.

By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that the Sponsor, its parent and related companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising out of participation in the Promotion or purchase of the launch product, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the promotion or purchase of the launch product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. The entrant agrees that the Released Parties have made no warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any eligibility to purchase the launch product.

None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the Sponsor and entrant and the entrant shall have no authority to bind the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever.

The entrants hereby agree and acknowledge that their participation in this promotion is voluntary in nature and each entrant is aware of any potential risks and all of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to the promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, withdraw and/or reset the drawing event and the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without any prior notice. All entrants are advised to check the Sponsor's website for the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
