ACG Lava Loft

I was pleasantly surprised to receive this jacket because it truly is a gorgeous jacket with lots of little details that show how much thought was put into the design of it. I don’t want to pretend to understand anything about design but the jacket is warm and SUPER LIGHT. When running in it, there is breathing room (I mean that literally because there are actual breathing holes) and you feel like you aren’t wearing anything constricting whatsoever. It’s also so lightweight that it folds into a handbag which for those of you who run hot like me - you know how appealing this feature is because holding a heavy jacket around is just annoying. My mom saw it on me and loved the look of it so much that she asked me to buy one for her because it really does look chic and stylish for a workout but practical and comfortable at the same time. Definitely recommend. I have nothing negative to say about this jacket.

One of my favorite features is how easily the jacket packs into its own pocket, making it convenient to carry when I don’t need the extra warmth. The adjustable hem makes it easy to customize the fit and I find that a must have feature when I use it for running. I really like the overall design, too, because it has as a sleek, athletic look that works just as well for everyday wear as it does for trail running. If I could change one thing, I would make the jacket a little more affordable, since it is definitely a premium priced piece of outerwear. However, the combination of warmth, breathability, and practical features makes it an appealing option for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors and- you are getting a high performance jacket that is worth the cost. Overall, this is a lightweight, functional, and stylish jacket that is well suited for cold weather adventures. I love that it provides warmth without feeling bulky and can be packed away so easily when it’s no longer needed! It fits true to size and is so comfortable!

I really like my new Lava Loft Therma-Fit Trail Running jacket. It has a really smooth and polished look. I got it in black which means it matches everything / is simple so can be versatile with all of the color in my wardrobe. I generally wear small or medium t-shirts but wanted to ensure I could put layers under this so went with medium but it doesn’t look bulky at all. It looks nice and sleek so wouldn't just wear this for function (ie when hiking) but feel like it works for grabbing coffee or other errands. Functionally, the zippers are smooth and the jacket and pockets close with ease. Zippered pockets are great for carrying my ID, keys and phone when out without a purse or backpack. The wrists of the arm sleeves are pulled in to help with wind or rain, which is a nice plus as well. And while it feels so thin, it is actually very warm. I've been wearing it as we head into fall weather so not super cold yet, but it is really breathable. By the afternoon if it gets warmer, I can take off and fold it up into almost nothing as well - not lugging around a heavy jacket - which is so nice for the in-between season time. Overall, it's a high-quality jacket with a sleek look and nice fit.
