The Nike Air Zoom SuperRep is designed for circuit training, HIIT, short runs and other fast-paced exercise. Zoom Air cushioning in the forefoot combines with a wide, supportive heel to keep you moving and lifting comfortably.

I have the first version of this shoe. I use it for HIIT workouts from the Nike Training Club app. I love some aspects of the shoe. The side rails are wonderful for side planks! That feature is my favorite, for sure. I’m a runner so do a lot of lateral moves when I’m not running. I do think they could be a little smaller...so that they don’t stick out as far. I love the amount of cushion when jumping rope. One thing I would change is the interior support. I’m not thinking they should add arch support but maybe just a little rail on the inside like in some of the run shows. I’m going to order the new version to see if it’s better with respect to this. Also, others have mentioned the foot slips a little in the shoe, and I agree but not too dramatic. Just lace them tighter. I have not tried running or walking in the shoe. When I run, I switch into my running shoes and then switch back to the Super Rep. I’ll try run/walk in the new ones. I’m not sure my knees would like the level of cushion for running. I wear a 10.5 in Nike running shoes and have a 10 in this shoe. My dress shoe size is a 9M.

I love my Super Reps. Great for HIIT classes and walking in general. The top part of the shoe is snug which I like because it helps for added support with different workouts. Purchased them in two colors .

I really read all reviews before deciding to try these. Go up 1/2 size from your normal Nike size! My regular shoe size is an 8.5, and my Nike size is a 9! So I purchased a 9.5...and go up a whole size if you wear orthotics. The bones in the top of my right foot were crushed in a bad wreck and I had a plate put in my foot 18 months ago. I was a gymnast and took pointe for years! The arch on my left foot is completely fallen and the right is not far behind. I have trouble finding shoes that fit correctly and mainly wear a Birkenstock. I have two pairs of Nike Renew Run that are pretty good for stability and aerobics. BUT, after doing HIIT and indoor running the last few weeks I knew I needed something a little better. The Renew Run is excellent, but not for running. I could start to feel shin splints. I have been ordering and returning shoes left and right trying New Balance, HOKA, and Brooks. Nothing had the right support with the right cushioning in it for my poor feet. I’m still adjusting to these, but so far so good. Nike fits my feet well. I have a narrow heel and an average foot box. If you wear a wide these will not work. Once on they fit like a glass slipper. I have not tried cramming my orthotics into them yet, and I’m not certain I’ll need them. I can tell this is a neutral shoe, and I obviously have over-pronation issues. I’ll know in a few more days if I have to use my orthotics or not. If you are struggling to find a stability shoe and over-probate definitely try the Renew Run! Those are my jam for walking and light aerobics. They’re just not quite good enough for my feet for running or HIIT workouts. They are comfortable and feel extremely well made. If I encounter any problems or things change I’ll update this review. My one complaint is that there should be adequate stock in these. I’m not happy with the only color I had to choose from. I’m could not afford to sit on a wait list for the color I wanted, nor could I pay double for them on Amazon! Thanks for having the free return policy if needed! I do appreciate my shoes arriving a day earlier than expected for $5!!! Also worth mentioning was the fact I thought these would be HEAVY! Nope!!! I was shocked at how light they were. Keep up the good work, Nike! Please get some more of the cute colors in.
