        Simple & Sturdy. And that's all it has to be. This foam roller feels very sturdy, has a simple design but does the job exactly right. The foam part is the right balance of hard/soft for me and the plastic inner core makes the whole thing very solid. Might not have the crazy colors or designs of other rollers but I personally was not looking for that either. The width is also exactly right so you can use it in other core workouts. I wish they included some NTC exercises or general tips on how to use the roller but most probably already know how to use one.

        The Nike foam roller is an optimal size to fit in a gym bag and is great to use as part of a cool down.

        Very good product I’ve been using it for the last 2 months and it has the same shape and material. Only thing is that if you are thicker then it might be too wide
