Absolute disaster Customer service

I really hate to write this but I have been such a fan of NIke only to get absolute crap of a service. I bought lovely shoes in khaki and burgundy colour only to find out. I have been sent a used pair upon contacting customer service i was told to return them and order a new one and since my size has been sold out thats not possible. I was refused any compensation to keep them and any further help. May be its time to move on..!
