Love this shoe. It fits great and feels great. I have two pairs that I use for my tempo runs and they make running feel effortless. Not only to the feel great but they look great too, especially the bright crimson.
Cushioned trainer for speed workouts

It’s a good shoe and sits between a recovery run shoe like the Pegasus and the racing shoe like the alphafly. So it use for intervals and tempo runs. Feels comfortable enough for long runs. Not as good as the old tempo next% though, but I haven’t had it long.
