Embrace the hilly terrain in the Juniper Trail 3. Our Trail ATC outsole helps keep you upright for your trails. And we made the midsole and upper softer and more flexible compared with the previous iteration. This special design takes you across rocky paths and above the blue waters to the Two Bays Trail in Australia, as part of our ongoing #IYKYK series.
Behind the design
The earthy textures and speckled midsole represent the Two Bays Trail's tough terrain. Red arrows on the tongue tops, sockliners and upper are inspired by the iconic arrow signs with handwritten numbers used throughout the trail. Two Bays is identified by a circular symbol displaying a blue superb fairywren, which can be seen both on the signage along the route and on the sockliners. Deep and bright blues symbolise the start and finish of the 28K bay-to-bay stretch, where the ocean meets the sky.
