Everything that makes this shoe supportive and protective for breakdancers is also great for my ankle instability and fallen arches! The firmer insole, close-ground feel, and traction are ace for stabilizing. Width is on the slimmer side and fits great on my narrow feet, though still slightly loose in the toe box. That may be due to mine being a half size up (normally a 9, but found 9.5 on sale at Nordstrom) so can’t say if I would say true to size or recommend half size up, but very happy with ‘em!

Love the color. Great for training but run so small. And very narrow. Great quality tho. Yes I do recommend this shoes if your feet is thin and order a size up.
