Defect

I got these shoes 3 months ago. They’re have a “bubble” in the front. The closer I look, the seem is ripped a little and coming out. It’s discolored and looks weird. If it rains, water will get in there. It sucks because these shoes are so comfortable and cute. If it did not have this issue, I would recommend it to others and it would be a 5 star review. I only wear these shoes to work(an office job) or to the store. They don’t get a lot of wear and tear, yet the one is falling apart.
Size issue

Wasn’t this shoe model released in size 4.5? That’s normally the size I wear, however, I’ve been searching everywhere and the smallest size I can find is 5. 😭 I’ve seen some people on the comments saying that these ones run big
