SNKRS Launch Terms And Conditions
- SNKRS Launch Events
"SNKRS Launch Events" make it possible to enter for the chance to purchase certain Nike products, and are conducted by Nike Global Trading B.V. Singapore Branch at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, #10–31/32, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117440 ("Nike").
- Participation
Download the applicable app or visit the applicable website (including, but not limited to Nike App, SNKRS App and Nike.com), sign in to your Nike account and follow the instructions to register for a Launch Event. There is a limit of one (1) registration per person, per Launch Event. Subsequent registrations will be void. If you don't have a Nike Membership, you may create an account during registration. Nike Membership is free. You must be of legal age for your country/region, or have the consent of your parent of guardian, to participate in any Launch Event.
- Applicable Terms
Your participation in a Launch Event is subject to our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, and these Launch Terms and Conditions (collectively, "Applicable Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Launch Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use or Terms of Sale, these terms will control with respect to your participation in the Launch Event.
- Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes Nike's collection and use of personal information, and applies to personal information collected in connection with your participation and registration in the Launch Event.
- Selection Process
Launch processes vary by Event, in Nike's sole discretion. Nike may utilise a random selection process (or a series of random selection processes over time), where selection will depend on the number of entries and product availability. To manage high volumes of participants, avoid abuse and ensure Event fairness (including mitigation of automated BOTS), Nike may also test and use proprietary processes to augment random selection Events, based on factors determined at Nike's sole discretion, including, but not limited to, site engagement, prior launch entries and prior wins and losses. Nike reserves the right to change Launch Event processes at any time.
You agree that Nike has made no warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any eligibility to purchase Nike product during a Launch Event.
- Agreement to Purchase
By registering, you agree that if you are selected, Nike can automatically charge the credit card you entered during registration for the full retail value of the product you selected, plus applicable delivery, handling, duties and taxes. Product supplies are limited. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are selected. If you are selected, your credit card (or approved payment method) will be charged within three (3) days of Nike's notification of your selection.
- Notification
Within 24 hours of the end of the registration period, you will receive a notification (via email or Nike account inbox) letting you know whether you were selected to purchase a Nike product.
- Payment
There is a limit of one (1) purchase per person per Launch Event. All available payment methods will be listed during registration. Nike does not accept any method of payment other than those listed during registration. Your delivery address may not be changed after your order is submitted.
- Additional Terms
The offer to enter any Launch Event is void where prohibited by applicable law. Nike reserves the right to modify or cancel any Launch Event at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Nike also reserves the right to prevent any person from participating, as well as to seek damages from that person, if they violate Applicable Terms, attempt to cheat or engage in any fraudulent behaviour. Selected entrants' rights may not be sold or transferred. Failure by Nike to enforce any provision of the Applicable Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
