Loyal LeBron James fans will celebrate the introduction of his latest Nike signature shoe, the LeBron XXIII. Unveiled during his Forever King Tour of China, the innovative game shoe honours his legendary career, which spans more than two decades, through 23 thoughtfully designed colourways, reflecting his varied achievements through the years.

Nike's nearly 25-year partnership with the basketball great has resulted in boundary-pushing design innovations—such as a full-length ZoomX drop-in midsole seen in the LeBron XXIII—which help power his performance on the court and empower and inspire players and fans around the world.

"The LeBron XXIII reflects the deep partnership I have with Nike, pushing the limits of design and innovation to create a new signature shoe that powers my game and tells the story of my career," LeBron says. "Over two decades later, we're still going strong, inspiring the next generation with a shoe that's made for greatness".

The LeBron XXIII not only highlights the NBA legend's storied career but also features technologies never before seen in LeBron's signature line. Its full-length ZoomX drop-in midsole is constructed from Nike's lightest and most responsive foam for a superior on-court feel, while the shoe's new Crown Containment System delivers stability for high-force movements.

"One of the things that's so powerful about the LeBron XXIII is that the foot engages directly with our ZoomX foam, enabling an unmatched level of connectivity and court feel," says Ross Klein, Nike Senior Director of Men's Basketball Footwear Product Design.

Beneath the midsole and containment system, a carbon fibre shank provides torsional support for enhanced power and speed. Additionally, the sole's dynamic, multi-directional traction pattern enhances grip for quick cuts. Comfort and breathability were also top of mind when developing the new design, with a lightweight engineered upper and soft interior lining to help keep the wearer cool and comfortable.

In addition to the technological enhancements, LeBron XXIII's multiple colourways reflect pivotal milestones in the star athlete's career. Each includes intricate design elements—such as the Crown, a LeBron-only symbol and technological feature—that tell the story of the basketball legend's journey to greatness. This latest signature shoe design is truly all about the details, with each colourway also including a carefully coordinated charm.

The silhouette will be released in the Uncharted Launch colourway, which commemorates LeBron's becoming the first NBA player to score over 40,000 points. The other 22 designs include the Miami Twice—the second colourway to launch, named for LeBron's consecutive NBA titles and Finals MVPs—and The Chosen One and the One Who Chose, a shoe pairing that celebrates LeBron and his son becoming the first father and son to play on the same NBA team.
