Great workout shoe
I’ve been looking for a new gym shoe for a while, and I’m happy with this choice. They’re comfortable, look good, and give me the right amount of cushion, & keep my feet feeling steady & close enough to the floor for heavier lifts.

Good shoe. very comfortable & well made.
I've got a LOT of sneakers. Most of them Nike. and those are primarily Jordan 1 Low/Dunk Low & SB Dunk Lows. I wanted something that was a bit more 'athletic'...so opted for this.
Very pleased. Shoe is comfortable. Fits 'true to size'. And has good materials & workmanship.
I toss them in my bag when traveling for work so I have something to wear while using a treadmill at the hotel gyms.
I like these. I recommend.

These are so lightweight and stable. A nice toe box on the wider end is superrr comfortable (i have slightly wide feet). I need to buy another pair if they changed the formula after this model. Very true to size.

Great shoes but they run large
I needed a pair of shoes for working out. I was pleasantly surprised by the online ordering process and how easy and quick it was. Within forty eight hours I had the shoes in my hands. They are comfortable and provide enough arch and ankle support for my workouts. I generally i'm sized between 8 and 8.5 but based on some of the reviews I sized down to the 8 and i'm glad I did, because the 8 are even a bit large and roomy.

Bring back this version.
The Metcon free 6 is amazing. They do run a little big, but they are perfect. Please bring them back! The new version is too bulky!!

Comfort shoe 101
I brought these Metcon 6's (womens) 14 months ago and they're still going strong. I'm 49 and have had issues with feet pain over the years. Walked for a solid week in these new metcons while on holiday, one of those days was a 10km pavement walk. I had no pain in my knees, or feet. No blisters either. I can say without a doubt these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever walked long distances…

You Won’t Regret It!
I don’t why I awaited so long to buy these. They are excellent training shoes. They have great support, and are a little wider than most training shoes. I will definitely buy again.

Broke on wear #4
I was hoping these would be perfect for my cardio + weightlifting sessions and they seemed decent as I started wearing them in. On my 4th wear (owned for 5 days), one of the smaller cords that holds the shoelaces broke. I'm really disappointed!
