True to size. Wraps your feet like a glove and extremely flexible. The midsole is surprisingly more durable than the Free Metcon 6. They are lighter and has a softer midsole compared to the Metcon 9. The best overall gym shoe imo

Best Metcons in my opinion
Love these! I like these a little better than the Metcon 6. It still gives you enough support at the heel and are wide for a more natural feel but arent as bulky looking as the Metcon 6. Great shoes for strength training.

Great choice for daily wear.
I love these shoes. I have another pair of Metcons but these fit much better. I love the fit, the color scheme, and the comfort.

Outstanding
I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and these sneakers are by far the best, most comfortable I’ve ever worn! They are great all day and at the gym as well! Very well done! Bought 7 pairs in the past 3 weeks between metcon 5 and 6s!! Love em!!

Free Metcon 5 - UK13
Better fit than metcon 6 and they don't split. Great grip with laces going more around the foot. I use them for HIIT and weights and they're great. They look fly as. Not seen anyone with them and they make other shoes look boring at the gym. Really comfortable and good in blue. I usually get black but these look great.

I have only wore these 2x but they are already my favorite trainers. Very comfortable, great fit and good stability.

This is my 4th pair. Need I say more. Excellent gym shoes and for ‘light’ walking. Great looks, great fit, great grip, great durability, … my only issue would be that these are cushioned enough to run in. Otherwise, perfect!
