The Nike Free Metcon 4 combines flexibility with stability to help you get the most out of your training programme. Updated "chain-link" mesh cools and flexes as you speed through agility drills, while support at the midfoot and heel braces you for your heaviest sets in the weight room.

Although the slider bars show the size is 'Just Right', most of the written reviews show you need to go up a half size, please don't do what I did and only look at the slider! I always wear a 11.5 (UK) in Nike shoes, but these were definitely too small in that size. I replaced them with a 12 and they're still a little tight but I've worn them to the gym a couple of times and they're fine. But other than the sizing, they are really good. Feel great, very comfortable for all types of workout. I've used the standard Metcon for a few years, but as I'm doing less lifting right now while I build up my strength post lockdown, I wanted something I could do a bit more HIIT type workouts in. These fit the bill in every type of workout I've tried.

Really good for running and strength training, average for everything else.

I was very hesitant on ordering because of the mixed reviews but I’m glad I went for it . So far I’m loving these trainers , they look great on the feet & the comfort is exceptional. I did go half a size up normally a size 8 but got them in 8.5 and would highly recommend you do because they fit very snug.
