i recommend going slightly large than what your actually size is cuz i bought one exactly my size(S) and its pretty tight mine last for almost a year until yesterday idk how i made a hole in middle of the shorts 😭
It might take sometime for some people to get used to the extra layer inside the shorts idk what is it called but at the starts it was not comfortable but as time passed it got pretty comfortable
