Absolutely. The NRC App can track your run around your block, on forest trails or any indoor run. The important thing is to get your run in, not where you do it.

Before you start a run, tap the "Gear" icon in the Run tab, then tap "Indoor/Outdoor". Use indoor tracking when:

• Running on a treadmill or indoor track
• You're not connected to a mobile network (even if you're outside)
• You have Flight mode enabled on your mobile device

To change back to outdoor tracking, tap the treadmill icon on the run screen, then tap “Indoor/Outdoor” again.
