5. We'll email you a one-time verification code—use the code to reset your password.

Follow these troubleshooting steps if you're having trouble signing in to you Member profile.

Mobile and desktop

• Clear browser cache.
• Try to sign in from a different browser.
• Restart your device.
• Update the browser to the latest version.
• Ensure your device's operating system is up to date.
• If you're on mobile, turn off Wi-Fi and try to sign in.

Nike Apps

• Turn off Wi-Fi and try to sign in.
• Uninstall the app, restart your device and re-install the app.

If you can't see the email, check your email folders (spam, junk, bin, etc.). Still not seeing it? add "nike@notifications.nike.com" to your contacts and the use the steps above to get a new access code.

Social media logins are no longer supported on Nike.com or in any of the Nike Apps.
