RETURNS POLICY FOR NIKE.COM AND NIKE APP ORDERS
Because Nike orders are beyond the 30-day return window, we'll only accept returns for defective or faulty items. Please contact us for assistance.
REFUNDS
After we've confirmed that your product has a fault, we'll issue you a refund. Funds may take up to 10 days to be reflected in your account.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Please return your item(s) to the original place of purchase for assistance. Purchases made at retail locations for Nike products must be returned to the store. Please note that store return policies may vary—please contact the store directly if you have questions about their policies. If you are unable to return your product(s) to the store, please contact us to discuss return options.
NIKE RUN CLUB & NIKE TRAINING CLUB APPS
The Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club Apps are still available in New Zealand. Member Access to NRC and NTC Apps is not impacted by this change. You can continue to use your existing Nike Member profile on NRC and NTC.
