HOW DO I RETURN MY NIKE.COM ORDER?
TEMPORARY RETURN EXTENSION
We've temporarily extended our standard 30-day returns period. All Nike.com purchases made after 14 February 2020 have an extended 60-day returns policy (some exceptions apply).
We make returns easy. That's because we want you to go for a trial run with your new shoes or gear, confidently knowing you can easily return your Nike.com purchases for any reason within 30 days.* Simply follow the steps below to send your order back, no questions asked. And remember, we'll cover delivery fees for all Nike Members.
- Click the button below. Select your order, and click the "MANAGE RETURNS" button.
- Enter your return information. When prompted, have your return label emailed to you.
- Package your return securely, enclose any forms you received and attach the return label.
- Take your return to the carrier location closest to you.
Can I exchange my Nike.com order?
The best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want—and then return the item you already have.
When will I be refunded?
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your payment method within four business days. Refer to our refund information for additional details.
Can I return my Nike By You shoes?
Yes, Nike By You shoes are included in our returns policy. You'll just need to start your return above.
Can I return items more than 30 days after delivery?
Yes, any item that hasn't been washed or worn can be returned. Review our returns policy for more information (and some exceptions).
What if I have multiple boxes to return?
You can package your return in multiple packages if needed, but make sure you create a separate return for each box. This helps us process your return faster.
Where should I drop off my return?
You can take your return to any NZ Post location. Make sure that you ask the clerk about tracking options for the package.
