Join us as we officially kick off the After Dark Tour Manila Training Journey—a 10-week build designed to help you get stronger, go further and arrive at race night ready.
We'll start with the foundations. Meet the coaches and women you’ll be training alongside, get a first look at the journey ahead, then move through mobility and activation before heading out for a guided run. Choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced groups, each led by our female pacers.
After the run, reset and recover before we come back together to close out the morning—and get ready for what’s ahead.
Whether this is your first 10K or your next one, this is where the road to November 21 begins.

Know Before You Go
- Arrive early. Check-in opens at 5:45 AM. Give yourself enough time to check in, drop your bag and get ready to move. The program begins at 6:15 AM.
- Gear up to run. Show up in your favorite Nike running gear and shoes you’re comfortable moving in. Looking to try something new? A limited selection of Nike running footwear will be available to trial during the session, while pairs and sizes last.
- Find your pace. Choose from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced run groups, with female pacers there to guide you along the way.
- Hydration will be available throughout the morning, with post-run fuel waiting for you when you get back.
- Pack light. Bag drop will be available, but we recommend bringing only what you need for the session.
- Reset, recover and take your time to explore the services and experiences waiting for you before we close out the morning together.
