Not the quality I hoped for. Material gets baggy quick especially around the knees.

I'm 6'2"+, 180, 35" inseam, and the medium tall size fit perfectly. It was replacing a pair of medium tall Munich tights-style Nikes from the late 90's -- great for pre-and post-workout in cool-ish weather, and just kicking around the house late fall to early spring. Warning: the medium tall never last.
