IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Nike's only official consumer support contact details are those published directly on Nike.com.

The information provided below serves to inform you about how Nike asses the claims submitted through this form. Nothing in these documents shall restrict your statutory warranty rights.
If you have purchased a product via Nike owned physical stores, Nike.com, SNKRS or the Nike app or through the following partners: Zalando, Pro:Direct, Unisport or Stadium, you are entitled to submit a warranty claim in relation to any defect or lack of conformity in the product that existed at the time of purchase or delivery (hereafter, “Non‑Conformity”).
Defective claims for products purchased via Nike’s partnered stores will be handled by the partners directly. You can check your receipts to confirm if your product was purchased in a partnered store. If you are still unsure, please see the store locator on our website to check whether the store you made the purchase from is a partnered store.
Should a Non‑Conformity of a product purchased via Nike owned physical stores, Nike.com, SNKRS or the Nike app, or through the following partners: Zalando, Pro:Direct, Unisport or Stadium, manifest at any time during the applicable legal warranty period, you may submit this form for review.
Upon receipt of your submission, Nike will assess all information and materials provided and will notify you in writing with a brief explanation of its decision regarding your warranty claim.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that Nike determines according to the applicable laws, whether the conditions for acceptance of a warranty claim are met. At this stage, no compensation, reimbursement, or remedy is guaranteed. You further certify that all the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
If your warranty claim is rejected based on the information you submit with this form—for example in circumstances where we conclude that the defect arises from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper use, or any other excluded cause according to the applicable laws —You will be notified of the reasons for this refusal in writing or via any other durable medium and no Return Label will be created, as your warranty claim will not be considered eligible for repair, replacement or refund by Nike. . Our decision under this process does not affect your statutory rights. You may contact Nike to provide further information or challenge the decision within a reasonable period, and we will reconsider the claim.
If your warranty claim is accepted, Nike will create a Return Label free of charge for you to send the product to us. Once the product arrives to Nike premises if the returned product does not match the product purchased in your order (it’s a different Nike product or a non Nike product), Nike will notify you in writing. Nike may return it to you at the address where it was first delivered. Nike may charge you the shipping costs.
If the returned product matches your order, Nike will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your preferred remedy—repair, replacement or refund —although the availability of each remedy will depend on the circumstances and may not always be feasible. In such cases, Nike will notify you in writing or on a durable medium. Nothing in this process shall restrict your statutory warranty rights. If your preferred option is not available, please contact Nike.
If replacement is the selected remedy, Nike will provide a replacement product of the same model, size, and color, subject to availability in Nike’s inventory. If an identical replacement is unavailable, Nike will notify you in writing or on a durable medium and a refund will be issued instead. In both cases, the original product will not be returned to you.
If repair is the selected remedy and the product is deemed repairable, you acknowledge that we will make all reasonable efforts to repair the product using the same or equivalent materials and components originally used in its manufacture However, this may not always be possible, particularly where original materials, colors, or components are no longer available in the market or have been discontinued. In such cases, we may need to use alternative parts that restore the product to a functional and safe condition, even if these do not exactly match the original specifications or appearance. If the product is determined to be irreparable, Nike will contact you to inform you that a refund will be issued. In such case, the original product will not be returned to you.
Any refund will be processed without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we confirm the receipt of the product. Refunds will be made using your original method of payment unless you agree otherwise, and no fee will be charged for providing the refund.
