        This shoe was designed for indoor CLASSES plus weight training. It's not meant to be a runners shoe on pavement outdoors. It's not a cross trainer. You can tell by looking at the sole, they wouldn't last very long outdoors. It's always best to use sport specific shoes. This shoe is wonderful for classes with some impact & side to side moves. I wear this shoe indoors only & use my runners for outside.

        I like the comfort. Very cushioned step. But the heel is too low and too padded. Felt funny on my foot. Took a while to get used to. These shoes breathe... don't wear them when it's raining or snowing... it's a mesh body. Good for weight lifting and basketball. Kind of hard to get used to on an inclined treadmill due to the heel. Plus had to get inventive on how to tie a heel lock... only a single hole at the top. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I was looking for something for indoor/outdoor training... we'll see how they hold up to dirt roads when summer gets here. I usually wear a 9.5, I ordered a 10 and they fit perfect/snug.
