  These shoes have ZERO cushioning. If you are doing a HIIT workout with any running or jumping you might not like these. If you are doing squats and stuff like that they are pretty stable. But for any running or jumping I would go for something else.

  This a review from someone who has worn these to the gym almost everyday for the past year. They squeak, almost that cartoon rubber boots sound. It's either hilarious or embarrassing depending on who you are. That being said these are a fantastic lightweight lifting shoe. They aren't running shoes so don't expect that type of softness and comfort, but they're serviceable for a treadmill jog. After a year of use they're still super firm and stable. I'll be buying another pair when mine finally wear out.

  Not wholly sure why, maybe its my anatomy, but these seem to dig into the underside of the malleolus of the outer of both ankles Spent 2 days breaking them in but doesn't seem like their going to stop doing it, strange problem to have in a training shoe
