Truly I need to say that I love them , one recommendation is not to buy them too big , because the shoes are made to run so they are a little bigger than a normal shoe , it is also something that makes them very comfortable.

High quality for both running and workout. I used them for workout.

if you want a snug feeling, you should buy half size low. it feels heavy for sure. They should tell us to buy like half size lower for true size. balance is something wrong. if you run, you knew that something is there and it is heavy so focus was on the shoes which you don't want to run anymore. Truely not a running shoes. style is cool but it can quickly become dirty. Only one time use and dirty for sure. i clean it with some sheet but not surely clean. For gym, i am not sure about that but running is a no no.
