  Good morning. This is another pair of shoes ordered online and please see what they look like. The quality of workmanship and appearance of my favorite brand has dropped dramatically in my eyes. There will be another product return. I am very disappointed that my favorite shoe brand sends something like this to a regular customer of your brand.
