        I really love the Fly 4. I have 3 pairs of Fly 4 now (and 1 Fly 3, 2 Pegs, 2 Winflos, 1 Inv since 2021). I ran my first two marathons in them. I run from 50 to 80 miles a week since I started training. I love the propulsion I feel when wearing Fly 4. My only complain is that the heel rubber wears faster than I hope. I run a lot of up and down hills hence unavoidably landing on my heel more frequently than I want. The soft squish Zoom X foam are exposed after about 200 miles. With no rubber protecting them, the Zoom X foam wears fast and it's bad after 400 miles. The Peg holds well in comparison.

        These shoes have really good cushion. I have run multiple speed work-outs on a track with these shoes. They are responsive and have good energy return as well. The carbon plate in them also helps me to stay on my fore-foot when running.

        The Zoom Fly 4's are very comfortable and the arch support has been perfect for me. The shoes are fun to run in, reactive and provide the right amount of bounce right out of the box.
