  I have the first version of this shoe. I use it for HIIT workouts from the Nike Training Club app. I love some aspects of the shoe. The side rails are wonderful for side planks! That feature is my favorite, for sure. I’m a runner so do a lot of lateral moves when I’m not running. I do think they could be a little smaller...so that they don’t stick out as far. I love the amount of cushion when jumping rope. One thing I would change is the interior support. I’m not thinking they should add arch support but maybe just a little rail on the inside like in some of the run shows. I’m going to order the new version to see if it’s better with respect to this. Also, others have mentioned the foot slips a little in the shoe, and I agree but not too dramatic. Just lace them tighter. I have not tried running or walking in the shoe. When I run, I switch into my running shoes and then switch back to the Super Rep. I’ll try run/walk in the new ones. I’m not sure my knees would like the level of cushion for running. I wear a 10.5 in Nike running shoes and have a 10 in this shoe. My dress shoe size is a 9M.

  I love my Super Reps. Great for HIIT classes and walking in general. The top part of the shoe is snug which I like because it helps for added support with different workouts. Purchased them in two colors .

  I love These shoes so comfortable hi Running but I find them so supporting good on my feet feet
