• Lovely style, Good fit. But quite stiff and not enough cushioning for running.

  The style of this shoe is great and the fit is perfect. No rubbing or blisters, good width at the toes, and they are very light. However, I have had them for 2 weeks and I am finding them a little too firm for running (at least for me - 54yr old female). My usual daily run is approximately 8-10 km across a mix of tarmac, gravel track, deep puddles and muddy agricultural fields. I wanted a shoe durable enough to deal with the water, mud and gravel (the upper on my last shoes - Asics Gel-nimbus 22- started to disintegrated after 2 months) while still providing some comfort for the road sections. They are durable, but the firmness and lack of cushioning is causing pain in my ankles and some numbness in the balls of my feet. I am hoping they will soften up with use. If not I will relegate them to hiking shoes (as they are a really lovely well fitting shoe) and look for something with a little more cushioning.

  Love love love these trainers...look amazing and first fitting feel great. I've not worn on a run yet as they're for my Xmas
