Sole tearing off after couple of runs

Although, it is a comfortable and a good recovery shoe. However, during my only second long run, I noticed a sound coming off my shoes. Upon observing it appeared that it was from the sole scratching the surface and tearing apart very quickly. The shoe has hardly 20 miles on it.
