What I was looking for: A full-zip thin "summer weight" jacket with a hood for casual wear that didn't have the clasping elastic at the wrists or bottom of the jacket for more freedom in movement and less restriction. Result: This couldn't have been a better product for me personally. Exactly what I was looking for. Bought the black jacket first, then bought the White after receiving the black. Wish they had a solid grey and a solid navy one as well. I'd have bought them all. Best Attributes: - INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE (although paper thin, if that's what you're looking for, like I was) - No restriction. Freedom of movement. - Deep zip pockets Worst Attributes: - I couldn't see someone who sweats a lot wanting this due to how thin the jacket is, nor someone wanting this for any sort of rain protection.

LOVE this jacket! SUPER light-weight and packable. It’s definitely not made to keep you warm, or to block the wind (so don’t buy it for that). It’s really for that sudden downpour of rain or when you need to block that sunlight on a bright sunny workout day. Oh, and it looks fantastic when just putting it on to wear!

This jacket seems only good for the warmup period of a longish run in cool dry weather. Material is thin and plasticy; wind breaking is minor. The mesh venting is arguably negligible, holds heat. The jacket is NOT rain resistant at all, the slightest rain will get through. The hood turns into a parachute when it is down and you’re running into the wind (no way to secure it easily). The hood drawstrings are situated so they hit your face when the hood is up and tightened. Medium feels a little baggy in the waist for 5’10”, 163 lbs. Pretty disappointing for the price.
