        This would have been my third pair of the Wildhorse line (the 5 was my favorite), but they are noticeably smaller than their predecessors. Which is extra disappointing because Nike already runs small… The tongue is also strangely overbuilt with foam plates for protection, which makes the shoe fit a bit more snugly. And the top pushes into my leg in an irritating manner due to it being so stiff. Additionally, the water/mud protection wrap at the toe is less substantial. It does have more cushion than the 5, which was my only complaint about that version. This version is not a win.

        These sneakers are extremely comfortable, & are beautifully made. I bought them as a gift for my little cousin, & ended up buying a pair for myself as well!!! Great shoes!
