      • No joint pain with running

        These are the most comfortable, effective running shoes I've ever used. They are like running on clouds, like your feet are on springs. I used to have knee pain while running, which I don't anymore since wearing these. Sooo much easier on the joints than other running shoes, I can imagine they'll probably prevent wear on the joints that haven't been damaged yet by running. They are rather delicate, so I would only wear them on pavement, a running track, or the treadmill. These are NOT casual wear or trail running shoes, and if you buy them with the expectation they'll last through these activities, you'll be very disappointed. Don't use them for running on gravel, up/down the stairs, tree roots, etc. I use them for treadmill and outdoor running on pavement, and their lifespan has been comparable to other running shoes.

        I JUST BOUGHT THIS SHOES THIS WEEK VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE ITS NARROW SO I WILL SUGGEST U GO HALF SIZE MORE ! I MUST Say it's not that cheap like other nike
