While these speedsters could easily pass the test on race day, they double as your go-to shoe for your training routine. The supportive fit and soft cushioning work together to make them comfortable enough to withstand those double-digit mileage days, and light enough to help quicken your tempo when the time is right.

They deliver for what they were created for, fast paced training and therefore I cannot fault them. They aren’t designed to plod around in. Settling into a consistent long run pace, tempo run or even a speed run they certainly don’t disappoint. The durability is also excellent. The only tempo trainer you’ll need. Highly recommend.

It's a good mix between racer and every day shoe. Slightly rigid and clunky, but you get a serious spring and bounce from the pods & composite plate. Love the flyknit feel on top. Not one for 'recovery runs' but good for interval/ tempo/ quicker runs. Would advise going half a size up, as slightly narrow and tight for room in the toe box. Ruairi, Ireland

As other have mentioned these shoes have a flaw, the soles ripped apart right behind the pod. Which is very disappointing because they are extremely comfortable to walk around in. So if you are not running with these then perhaps they will be okay. Otherwise they have durability issues and can not recommend.
