Nike Sportswear Tech Fleece Windrunner

The style of this light fleece hoodie is my absolute favorite! The light pink color makes it perfect for spring and since it feels very light weight you still get warmth. I love being able to have a light jacket to grab to get out the door and not a bulky jacket that gets me too hot. So this hoodie is perfect! I am 5’2 and 180 lbs and the large fits loose and comfy not too snug, I actually enjoy having extra room and not having it true to size. I love the pockets and actual hoodie for this fleece runner, perfect for outdoor jogging being able to stash my keys and phone in the pockets!

When I first got the Nike Sportwear Hoodie I wasn't quite sure I could pull it off. The full zip hoodie is slightly cropped (it hits me at the hip bones), is a bit longer in the back, and has an intentionally boxy look. As someone who usually rocks a long sweatshirt or a fitted workout jacket for athlesiure, this felt out of the box to me. But the more I wear it the more I really enoy it! It looks effortless yet stylish, and there are several details that contribute to the piece feeling very high quality. The higher neckline and deep hood keep my neck area feeling warm and protected, which is key for me in Minnesota. While it's not as cozy as a sweatshirt, it feels much more moveable and flexible than a typical jacket, so it crosses over well as both. I also appreciate the reinforced seams, the trendy v-shaped placement of the reflective tape, and the details on the zipper pull. I typcially wear a small or medium and think either would have worked, given the boxy nature of the hoodie. I opted for the medium and appreciate having a bit more room across the back and shoulders. I would say this piece fits true to size for a relaxed look. I would highly recommend this hoodie for someone looking for a way to venture out of their typical workout or athleisure attire and make a bit more of a statement! and is a cross between a sweatshirt and a jacket

Pros: Cute color with a nice thick material to keep me warm during my morning workouts. Cons: The jacket was a cropped top style and ran big. I ordered a medium and I felt like it was oversized and sloppy looking on me. I’m 145 lbs and the jacket was too loose. The cropped top went down to my waist and was not flattering. I prefer it to fit more snug and could have sized down a size or two. I could do a size xs for more of a form fit or a small for a good fit with a little more wiggle room. Loved the pink color of the jacket but that was it. I overall felt like it was an average jacket. I definitely suggest sizing down for this jacket.
