Should put as a crop top

I bought this hoodie thinking it would be an oversized hoodie as advertised. However, my large hoodie fit more as a crop hoodie. It’s cute but would have gotten an extra large if I would have known it’s more of a crop top hoodie.

I originally ordered this item in a small, but it was just a touch too cropped; hit me right at my belly button and I have a relatively short torso. It was cute and I was going to keep it, but opted for one size up after trying on a medium. The medium fit much better.. still cropped, but hits me more at the waist which is what I prefer. The sweater itself is beautiful and cut really flattering. The side zippers are a nice detail as well.
