The Nike Pro Dri-FIT ADV Top keeps you dry and cool as you move through the heat of your most challenging workouts or competititons. It's made with at least 75% sustainable materials, using a blend of recycled polyester and organic cotton fibers. The blend is at least 10% recycled fibers or at least 10% organic cotton fibers.

Given that the shirt is made from Dri-Fit ADV material, I expected the material to be similar to that of the Dri-Fit ADV Techknit Ultra running top, which is made from a soft, comfortable material (even though the oversized neck of that shirt spoils it). Unfortunately, however, the material is coarse, heavy and would be uncomfortable to work out in. There are too many itchy/irritating labels in the neck and on the bottom left of the shirt which seem difficult to remove and would be distracting and annoying during a workout. The shirt doesn’t seem like it would wear well as the fibres looked worn immediately after taking it out of the packaging. The fit of the shirt also seems off; as is often the case when there is a dropped back hem with a cut up the sides, the shirt is too short at the front (especially when reaching overhead) and there ends up being a large flap at the back. Having bought several items of clothing recently from Nike, it feels like the quality of some of Nike’s products is dropping, or at least that products aren’t being tested properly before production.
5 Star shirt
Central FL dad - Jul 14, 2021
I am a runner and a Father of two active toddlers, located in sunny central Florida. I am always in search of a comfortable shirt to wear on my runs, as well as outside with my boys. This shirt gets a 5 star review from me! It is comfortable and breathable, the 2 most important things I am looking for in activewear. The fit is also exactly what I’m looking for in activewear; not form fitting and not too loose. I wasn’t sure if I would like the detail on the shirt, but it ended up being my favorite feature of the shirt after wearing it. And a bonus: my wife loves it!
Cool and breathable, but see-through

This fit on this shirt is true-to-size, and it is certainly cool and breathable for those hot, sweaty workouts or runs. However, the material is pretty thin and sheer, so you can see right through it. For that reason, I’m kind of skeptical how it will hold up long-term. We are big fans of Nike, but will likely choose a different style next time because other products have been just as breathable without potentially sacrificing durability.
