      • Glow in the dark shoes!

        These glow in the dark! I use these for casual/work purposes and not for cross-training. They are heavy and flat, which is great for my unstable ankles, but results in a louder step on the ground. I have a pair of women's Metcon 8s, and these men's Metcon 8s were a half size smaller even though I purchased the same size (M 6 / W 7.5). I prefer this snugger fit, and suspect that the women's shoes may be incorrectly sized since some other recent men's Nikes I received were more snug, too. I have had these for 3 months now, and noticed some nicks on the plastic part of the collapsible heel. This may be due to sitting cross-legged such that the outside of my heel touches pavement. The easy on/off works only when you need it to, so no worries about shoes flying off while you're working out.
