By far the best Metcons I have bought from Nike. I am able to run an easy mile with these shoes and Squat and deadlift without having to switch shoes.
Great feel, and performance, bad durability

Best feeling metcon yet. Super stable for lifting, and the forefoot cushioning is super comfortable. Unfortunately, the lace hole on the rope guard tore through in under 2 weeks to the point where I can't tighten them around the ankle for any lock down. Super disappointed.
