I wear a 30 in Speedo suits and I've determined that a 28 in Nike suits is the equivalent (for me at least). It fits perfectly. The design is cute and comfortable. This is my new favorite suit.

I swim competitively and find I get different sizes with different cuts within the same brand - wearing a 30 in 'x' suit does not mean you'll wear a 30 in 'y' suit, and this is no exception. Since I've not bought a Nike swimsuit before, I did carefully measure myself. According to the size chart, I am either a 28 or a 30. Even though they cross at the same torso measurement, the 28 definitely was too short for my torso, so 30 it is. It is still quite tight, which means it will be perfect after a few swims in chlorinated water, since that loosens fabric up. I got this in "siren red" and I like the cheerful, almost neon colors. I see this more as a training suit than a competition suit. Competition suits should cover the assets more, helping to reduce muscle vibration. With half of one's assets hanging out, you definitely won't get the benefits of compression. Still, it's a cute suit so I like it.

  • Great pattern, but runs really big!

I swim competitively and play water polo, and I wanted a cool looking swimsuit to replace my old one. I asked for this suit as a Christmas gift. I normally wear a size 26, but they were sold out in that size so I got a 28, which is normally ok. But when I wore it to go swimming it was huge! I couldn’t wear it to swim or I was scared it would literally fall off! I’m still growing, so I will be able to fit into this suit later, but a bummer for now! I would recommend sizing down one size.
