Solid training shoe, needed something with a bit more support, but still flexible enough to move around in during a workout. These were by far the most comfortable pair of Nikes I've owned and they held up well during workouts, whether it was a heavy lift day, or some cross training. After about a year and a half the heel tab broke, which is disappointing, but the rest of the shoe is still in good shape. Very disappointed these were discontinued in favor of the Free X Metcon 3, which looks closer to the awful Free redesign they did a few years ago.

Good training shoe

Probably my favorite training shoe of all time. I bought a pair about 2 years ago. They made it through 5 days a week in the gym, and then on the back porch and garage when through the pandemic. Even after wearing them out a bit, they hugged my foot well, and with the new pair I just purchased, I remember how much better they stick to your foot during active workouts. I've bought them in black/white each time, but hope the line gets re-upped so other colors are available.

My favorite shoes

I love these shoes so much I bought three pairs before Nike stopped selling them. I wish they still had the full line since I already bought a black pair (and red and gray), which is now the only color offered. I love how versatile they are. I wear them for everything from HIIT workouts to weight training to jump roping to light running. And if you do crossfit (I don't) they are ideal for rope climbs. These feature everything I love about the Nike Free RN 2018 but with a lot more lateral stability. PLEASE bring these back!!! (I hate the Nike Free Metcon 3. It's a totally different shoe.)
